                                 2. Trainer turns the question “upside down”: "What should be done
                                 to make the mentoring relationship fail?"and then writes down the
                                 answers from participants.
                                 3. Next, the participants analyze the answers they gave and try to
                                 “reverse them” and change a bad advice into something good..
                                 For example a sentence: “For a mentoring relationship to fail, the mentor
                                 should be consistently late to the meetings.”can be changed to: “For the
                                 mentoring relationship to be successful, the mentor should be punctual.”
                                 4. Read checklist 2 and make sure you have written down the
                                 essentials of a successful mentoring relationship.
                                 5. On the basis of the obtained data, develop 10 principles that you

                                 would like to apply to your mentor-mentee relationship. The trainer
                                 should write them down in a visible place.
