There are some recommendations related to the formal versus informal leader: to use the

2.1.3. What and who is a leader?
“Leaders are people who shape the goals, motivations, and actions of others. Frequently

focus on creating a stimulative workplace and developing a proactive community in

Effective leaders can communicate well, motivate the team, handle and delegate
responsibilities, listen to feedback, and have the flexibility to solve problems in their provocative
environment. As a result, we can list the main qualities of a leader:
• Vision: successful leaders are those who have precise visions of their organization in which
of what needs to be done and why it should be done.

• Conduct: Successful leaders must be able to test a pattern of behaviour by which:
- seeks and promote change;
- communicate openly and honestly;
- being able to active listening;
- to build the future based on what the present offers;

- be focused on results;
- demonstrates confidence in subordinates, colleagues and support this;
- being an active member of the team, sharing responsibilities and participating with others;
- encourages and criticizes, depending on the situation.
• Character/honesty: always leaders are judged and analyzed according to how they pursue and
