Mentoring is a relationship that aims to support and encourage
people to manage their own learning process so that they can
maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve results and
become the best version of themselves, it involves giving advice,
information or guidance by a person who has experience, skills or
practical knowledge useful for the personal and/or professional
development of another person.
