instructions: important. In this way, it will be presented the metaphor from Alice
in Wonderland:
Alice asked, “I was just wondering if you could help me find my way.” The
Cheshire Cat replied: “Well that depends on where you want to get to.”
Alice's answer was “it doesn’t matter”. Then Cheshire Cat said “Then it
really doesn’t matter which way you go.” local-community-leaders.eu
Study case: Imagine that you live in a neighbourhood where people
don't like people who are different from themselves. Children are
considered a nuisance. People come from work and enter their
homes without greeting or talking to neighbours. Domestic violence
and alcohol consumption are quite common in the community. If
you became the leader of that community, what would be the vision

you would develop?
Participants will have a group discussion about the sense of the
metaphor, and the conclusions will be connected with the leader's
vision.
