The trainer asks the participants to talk about a leader they
activities/notes
know, emphasizing some characteristics that make them special.

The group is then divided into 3 or 4 subgroups, depending on the
number of participants, and each group is asked to find as many
qualities as possible that make the leader a relevant person. They
are given 10 minutes to make a Mindmap with the leader's
qualities. After completing the poster, a representative of each

subgroup will come forward and present what they thought
together. A final poster will be made, which will include all the
qualities of the leader, formulated in all subgroups.

Thus, participants will be asked to find what is a vision and why

is it important. In this way, it will be presented the metaphor
from Alice in Wonderland:

The Cheshire Cat replied: “Well that depends on where you want to get
to.” Alice's answer was “it doesn’t matter”. Then Cheshire Cat said
“Then it really doesn’t matter which way you go.”
Participants will have a group discussion about the sense of the
metaphor. Later, they will work with a case-study in order to
develop a vision according to the situation introduced.
Conclusions are connected with the leader's vision.
