- Self-awareness

- Relationship management

In order to understand the meaning and the dimensions of EQ,
the group will receive 4 cards, each of them representing one

dimension. It will be a team effort to understand the dimension

and then to present them in front of the whole group, as experts.

Description of 5. Cultural Intelligence of Leader
learning
The trainer presents through some ideas which are the features of
activities/notes

Cultural Intelligence. Then he/she fosters a short group discussion
for trainer
on these traits, asking participants to show what they think about
them or if they recognise these traits on them. Questionnaires are
then handed out and participants are asked to answer honestly.
After completing them, the scores obtained are discussed and the
trainees are encouraged to discuss how they could improve this

intelligence.
