The well-being of the community is built from the settings of development directions
starting from the shared values of the members of the community, by building
relationships based on ethics.
The community must be able to develop relations with the external environment, but
at the same time it is necessary to ensure communication between its members, so that,
to build relationships, connections inside the community. If there is trust in the
relationships between the members of the community, they can reset the goals of the

community, and in this way to set new roles and responsibilities for its members.
Community development is one of the most useful ways to improve the lives and
livelihoods of individuals within a community (Syme & Ritterman, 2009).
The leader
Community leaders are those who cause change, those who make things progress. This
implies that they are good connoisseurs of the community in which they live. Leaders
have direct and indirect effects on community evolution and development.
These were widely shared, clearly understood and supported by all the community
members. They must act as a whole to test all new developments, activities or initiatives.
Often, people decide to get involved in being leaders because in this way they feel
fulfilled and find a sense of action. Being a leader is a constant challenge and often gives
the meaning to his existence. Being a leader means having direct contact with people, it
