                                 developing the ability to cooperate

                Step by steps    This exercise is broken down into 3 parts to reflect what a mentoring
                instructions:    session might look like. The three phases in question are challenges,
                                 choices and conclusions.
                                 1. Challenges: during this part, the trainer provides the group with
                                 the problem that could be solved through community level
                                 interventions. For example: Alcohol abuse problem in the local
                                 community. Participants may want to work on this problem or jointly
