TEACHER TAKING ACTION
In changing and implementing school policies various groups of professionals are involved and
each has a role in the process. First, a teacher should check if his/her department or ministry of

education has a model anti-bullying policy. Then, teachers should ask themselves following
questions when they plan to implement anti-bullying program:

● How can I counteract bullying?
● What is the ultimate aim that can be achieved through an anti-bullying

● Is it compliant with my current school policy?

● Are my methods in compliance with national/state laws?
● How can anti-bullying methods be integrated into curricula?
● What does it take for me to become a leader of change that will support
